34TH CINEMAGIC FILM AND TELEVISION FESTIVAL

The 34th Cinemagic International Film and Television Festival for Young People returns from September 30 to October 31, 2023 with an exciting programme. 

With over 100 events taking place across Belfast, the Festival programme funded by the Department of Communities through Northern Ireland Screen, offers unmissable film opportunities for young people, families, schools, and young filmmakers.

The 2023 Cinemagic film listings feature over 150 films including 30 international previews and 3 special Gala Screenings.

Once again there is an impressive line-up of film professionals participating in Career Crafts workshops and talks aimed at inspiring young filmmakers.

Talent Lab Masterclasses for aspiring TV, Film and Broadcast creatives will be taken by Dermot O’Leary, Nihal Arthanayake, Mark Nutkins, Dee Koppang O’Leary, and Ivor Baddiel, while political news journalist Jon Sopel will host an in-conversation event on his career as part of the weekday Talking Media Programme
