Paula Tiller is a Regional Literacy Coordinator for Kerry under the Adult Literacy for Life Strategy. She has more than 25 years of experience in teaching and training of adults. An impassioned advocate for adult literacy she brings an accessible and empowering approach to her delivery, integrating literacy and Universal Design for Learning. Experienced in teaching digital literacy, media literacy has taken on increasing level of importance with so much of our communication taking place online. Paula’s focus is on helping adults develop the skills to stay safe, to think critically about digital content, and to find, evaluate, and create reliable information in a time of misinformation and AI-generated media. Aiming to make learning engaging and relevant, Paula is committed to building learners’ confidence so they can fully participate in society as informed, empowered citizens.
