With the announcement of the election, EDMO Ireland and MLI have been&nbsp;encouraging voters to<a href=\"https:\/\/edmo.eu\/edmo-news\/be-election-smart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;\u2018Be Election Smart\u2019<\/a>. We may not know who has won the election for a while, but we do know who won the coveted&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medialiteracyireland.ie\/winners-of-the-media-literacy-ireland-awards-2024-announced\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MLI Awards<\/a>. The cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of the media literacy community was celebrated at the first MLI Awards ceremony, kindly hosted by Virgin Media.
